Race Information
Final Run is the 10th Forest Run event hosted by Hyundai Motor Company, a running campaign that donates trees through running. Its core purpose is to promote environmental protection and the reduction of fine dust together with participants. The event takes place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Culture Yard of Yeouido Park in Seoul. Participation is limited to 5,000 people, and entry is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the donation entry pass. The full amount of the donation fee is used to plant 5,000 trees.
The course is a 10 km route that crosses the Han River via Seogang Bridge. The course guide shows a route starting from Yeouido Park Plaza, passing KBS, the National Assembly Members’ Office Building, Seogang Bridge, Seoul Marina, and Seoul Bridge, then returning via KBS to the road in front of the Korea Federation of SMEs for the finish. However, the route may change depending on coordination with relevant authorities. Participants must finish within 1 hour and 30 minutes, and those who exceed the time limit must stop running and board the shuttle vehicle as instructed by staff. Timing is based on net time, measured from the moment participants cross the start line.
Participant benefits include a Forest Run running package, which is scheduled to be shipped sequentially after May 9. The commemorative Forest Run T-shirt is made from eco-friendly Sorona fabric containing 37% corn-derived plant-based material, and nylon running caps are also provided. A baggage storage area and changing room will be available, and participants are advised to use public transportation because there is no parking facility inside Yeouido Park. This event is not a race for ranking competition, and all participants are asked to prioritize safety and aim to complete the course.
