Member signup does not require direct email entry on the KorMarathon side, and self-service account withdrawal is not currently available. Please use the address below for account deletion, privacy requests, promotional email consent requests, review appeals, and requests to correct or delete non-public submission materials.

Account Deletion and Withdrawal
Self-service withdrawal is not currently available. Please use the contact address below if you want your account deleted or your membership terminated, and we will verify the request using your account key, display name, or other identifiable details.
Privacy Correction or Deletion Requests
Because member profiles are operated without a direct email-entry field, it helps to include your account key, display name, or public review details when requesting corrections or deletion.
Promotional Email Consent Changes
Marketing email consent can be changed directly in My Account. If you cannot change it yourself or need confirmation, please include your account key or display name.
Review Moderation and Appeals
If you have questions about a hidden review, a revision request, or the review policy, please include the related event name so we can review it quickly. The public standards are also described in the Review Policy.
Event Submission and Submission Materials
If you want to register a marathon event or need help during the submission process, please contact us. Requests to correct or delete non-public contact details, supporting documents, or banner materials can also be handled here.
Public Event Information Correction
If published event information contains an error or needs updating, please tell us which item should change, such as the schedule, venue, registration link, event description, or public image.

Information to Include in Your Inquiry

- Account key, display name, or a reachable email address
- Related event name (if applicable)
- For submission-related requests, include the submitter name, contact email, or other identifying submission details
- Specific details of the request and the action you want us to take
