Race Information
The Blueberry Marathon is a festival-type marathon event held under the slogan 'Let's All Play!'. Anyone over 18 years of age and in good health is welcome to participate, with the goal of promoting health and fostering community harmony.
The event features two course options: 5km and 10km. The 5km course includes a family division (2 participants per team), while the 10km course is divided into men's (youth, middle-aged, senior) and women's (overall) categories, as well as a team event (3 participants per team). A total of 550 participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit to ensure stable event operation. Participants in the 5km family division and 10km team event must bring their identification and report to the operations center by 7:30 AM on the day of the event.
All participants will receive 1kg of fresh blueberries as a commemorative gift. The participation fee for the 10km event is 50,000 won, and the 5km event also costs 50,000 won. The participation fee covers the gift of 1kg of fresh blueberries and marathon insurance for the day. When making a deposit, please ensure the name of the applicant and the depositor are the same, and notify us of the deposit via text message or phone call. After the registration deadline, participation fees are non-refundable, and refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.
The event schedule begins at 7:30 AM with preparations for the opening ceremony, participant assembly, and a performance by the Daeheung Nongak group. The 10km course will start at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5km course at 8:05 AM. The awards ceremony for the 5km, 10km men's, women's, family, and team categories will commence at 9:30 AM, with the closing ceremony scheduled for 11:30 AM.
