The 7th Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Cup Chungcheongnam-do Taean National Inclusive Marathon brings runners with and without disabilities together for a national event around Kkotji Beach.

- Capacity: Approximately 5,000 participants, including 1,000 runners with disabilities and 4,000 runners without disabilities
Races and Entry Fees
- Half marathon: KRW 40,000 for runners without disabilities / Free for registered runners with disabilities
- 10 km: KRW 40,000 for runners without disabilities / Free for registered runners with disabilities
- 5 km: KRW 30,000 for runners without disabilities / Free for registered runners with disabilities
- One accompanying guardian for a runner with a disability may enter free of charge but does not receive participant gifts, awards, or a timing chip.
- Student and military groups based in Chungcheongnam-do pay KRW 10,000 for any distance and are excluded from awards.
Disability divisions include wheelchair, combined disability, and visually impaired categories for the 5 km, and combined disability and visually impaired categories for the 10 km and half marathon. Visually impaired divisions include guide runners.
Course and Time Limits All races start and finish at the Kkotji Coastal Park Parking Lot. The 5 km course makes an initial turn at the roundabout before continuing toward Bangpo Beach. The 10 km and half-marathon courses follow the coastal route toward Bangpo Beach to their designated turnaround points.
- Half marathon: 3 hours
- 10 km: 2 hours 30 minutes
- 5 km: 1 hour 30 minutes
Participant Gifts and Awards All race participants receive 3 kg of sweet potatoes at the venue, while finishers receive a medal and refreshments. Half-marathon and 10 km entrants also receive a Mizuno packable bag by advance delivery. The 5 km awards the top five men and women in each division. The 10 km and half marathon award the top five, with Taean specialty prizes for places 6 through 15. Current Korea Association of Athletics Federations athletes and those whose registration ended less than two years ago are not eligible for awards.
Participant Information Half-marathon entrants without disabilities must be healthy and at least 18 years old. Half-marathon entrants with disabilities must be at least 18 and hold a disability registration card. Healthy men and women may enter the 10 km and 5 km open divisions, while disability divisions require a disability registration card. The 5 km wheelchair division is open to participants with physical or brain-lesion disabilities using an approved everyday wheelchair. Visually impaired entrants must prepare an eye patch, blindfold, tether, and guide runner. Participants must wear the official bib, use their own timing chip, and follow staff instructions. Refunds are unavailable after registration closes.
