The race consists of a 10 km short marathon and a 5 km health run. The 10 km event is divided into four divisions for men and women in the youth and senior categories, while the 5 km event is open to anyone as a single category. The 10 km course starts at Kumho River Sangeok Campsite and passes under Kumho 1 Bridge, Kumho River Auto Camping Site, the soccer field, the baseball field, Kumho 2 Bridge, and the area near Aprojung before turning back and returning along the same route. The 5 km course runs toward Sangeok Bridge, passes under Mutae Bridge and Chimsan Bridge, and turns around near the transmission tower by the Sangeok Geumo Mansion area. Both courses make use of the Kumho River bicycle path, offering a pleasant riverside running experience with scenic views.
