Participants can enjoy the essence of Uiryeong with excitement, gaining both health and enjoyment simultaneously.
The race is comprised of a total of four categories, allowing participants to choose based on their skill level and preference. The full course, the longest at 42.195km, is a challenging course that tests strong physical and mental fortitude. The half marathon, at 21.0975km, offers a sense of accomplishment and the joy of completion, similar to the full course.
For those who wish to enjoy a light run within the city, the 10km course is recommended. Additionally, a 5km healthy run course is available for families, friends, and couples to run comfortably and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Each course is designed to pass by Uiryeong's major landmarks, allowing participants to admire the beautiful scenery.
The participation fee varies depending on the category. The full and half marathons cost 40,000 KRW, and the 10km course is 35,000 KRW. The 5km healthy run is priced at 20,000 KRW for the general division and 15,000 KRW for the student division, making it accessible for everyone. The participation fees can be paid to the Nonghyup account of Gyeongnam Ilbo Co., Ltd.
The competition has a limit of 5,000 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, with registration opening at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2026.
