Race Information
The 2026 Kim Dae-jung Marathon is a 5km, 10km, and Half Marathon road race centered on Mokpo Sports Complex. It is held jointly with the 39th Jeonnam-Gwangju Unified Special City Superintendent's Marathon.
- Starts: Half Marathon at 9:10 AM, 10km at 9:20 AM, and 5km at 9:35 AM
- Entry fees: KRW 40,000 for both the Half Marathon and 10km, and KRW 20,000 for the 5km
- Capacity by distance: 1,000 for the Half Marathon, 2,500 for the 10km, and 2,500 for the 5km
- Time limit: Three hours
Participants receive an event guide, race bib, gift, finisher medal, timing chip, certificate, snacks, and insurance coverage. Rankings are based on gun time. Refunds may only be requested during the registration period and are issued after a 10% administrative deduction. No refunds are available after registration closes.
