The 2026 Blue Sky Run is a meaningful running event organized and hosted by the Korea ESG Association. Participants can enjoy a special experience of promoting health amidst the beautiful natural scenery of Sangam World Cup Park Peace Plaza in Seoul, while also reflecting on the value of a clear blue sky. The goal of the event is for participants to strengthen their mind and body through running, and collectively raise awareness about environmental protection.
The race will kick off with a strong start at 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Sangam World Cup Park Peace Plaza. It is an open event for healthy men and women of all ages, designed for participants of all generations to enjoy together. The competition welcomes everyone, from beginner runners to seasoned athletes.
Registration for participation is conveniently conducted online through the official event website (https://blueskyrun.kr). The registration deadline is Thursday, May 28, 2026, so prospective participants must complete their application by this date. Early closure is possible, so it is recommended to register well in advance.
This event consists of three categories: 5km, 10km, and Half Marathon. Participants can choose the appropriate category based on their physical fitness level and goals. Records for all participants will be accurately measured using chips, which helps participants objectively verify their performance and set future goals.
The participation fee is uniformly set at 50,000 KRW for all categories (5km, 10km, Half). Payment of the participation fee should be made to Shinhan Bank account 140-015-713240, under the name of the Korea ESG Association. The fee includes various benefits such as event operation costs, commemorative gifts, and timing services, offering participants a richer experience.
