The 2026 Anyangcheon Rose Festival Marathon is a special running event set against the beautiful natural scenery of Anyangcheon Stream and blooming roses. Organized and managed by the Korea Sports for All Federation, it is designed to promote health and provide participants with unforgettable memories. Anyone in good physical health, regardless of age or gender, can participate, making it a wonderful opportunity to create precious experiences with family and friends.
The race will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Yeongnongi Reeds Field beneath Sinjeong Bridge in Seoul. Please note that starting times vary by category. The Half course begins at 9:00 AM, the 10km course at 9:30 AM, and the 5km course at 10:00 AM, each marking a spirited start. Participants will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the Anyangcheon Stream while running.
Registration for participation is conducted online through the official event website (https://roserun.kr) and closes on Thursday, May 14, 2026. A total of three courses (5km, 10km, and Half) are available, allowing participants to choose according to their fitness level and goals. The entry fee for the 5km event is 45,000 KRW, while the 10km and Half events cost 50,000 KRW.
Accurate timekeeping is provided for participants in the 10km and Half categories, allowing them to objectively check their performance.
