Race Information
The Jeju Tangerine International Marathon is held in Jeju and offers full marathon, half marathon, and 10K events. Runners aged 18 and older who are physically fit can enter the full and half marathon, while the 10K is open to participants aged 8 and older, making it a good race for families and running clubs as well.
The time limits are 5 hours for the full marathon, 2 hours 30 minutes for the half marathon, and 1 hour 30 minutes for the 10K. Chip timing is used for all events, and participants receive a race gift, a finisher’s medal, and a finisher’s certificate. Foreign participants and runners from outside Jeju also receive one box of Jeju tangerines.
In the individual events, the full marathon awards men’s and women’s places from 1st to 5th, while the half marathon and 10K award men’s and women’s places from 1st to 3rd. A 300,000 won prize is given to the full marathon course record winner, and age-group awards plus a club competition add extra excitement. The team event is open to regional, workplace, institutional, and running clubs, and rankings are decided by the combined times of the top five finishers.
